General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop by entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Sales are made exclusively to entrepreneurs, legal entities under public law, or special funds under public law. Consumers within the meaning of Section 13 BGB are excluded from using this online shop.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. The contract is concluded upon our acceptance of your offer (e.g., through a shipping confirmation or issuance of an invoice).
4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT and, where applicable, shipping costs. The prices valid at the time of order placement apply. The following payment methods are available:
- Invoice
- PayPal
- Credit Card (via Stripe)
When selecting a payment service provider, your data will be transmitted to the respective provider for payment processing.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Deliveries are made ex warehouse to the delivery address specified by the buyer. Delivery times can be found on the respective product pages.
Shipping is at the buyer’s risk. Transport insurance will only be arranged upon the buyer’s explicit request and at their expense.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Warranty and Notification of Defects
The statutory warranty rights apply. The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and to report any obvious defects in writing within 5 working days.
8. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of simple negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations. In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical contractual damage.
9. Right of Withdrawal
No statutory right of withdrawal exists, as this is a purely B2B shop and deliveries are made exclusively to business customers.
10. Data Protection
Our Privacy Policy applies, which provides detailed information on data processing.
11. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is our registered office.
12. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
